Seems a bit odd until you apply it. I didn’t follow them all, but using rules 3, 10, 5 and then 4, I feel helped me get a perfect score on a math test after having viewed this.
#3 – Helps identify areas needing greater concentration, or what you don’t know.
#10 – Dedicated studying & exposure to as much info possible, mainly on the area of focus.
#5 – Research studies say you absorb info best prior to going to bed.
#4 – A good nights sleep, relax & wait until class time.

LOL #11 ROFLROFL
this really helps! thanks so much!!
Micro\macro mgmnt , do a lot of stuff fast use the time saved to do more stuff
categorize everything in a big list , and have a concept of time .
then you need to plan exactly what you need to do and as you go along and see how fast you learn also how much time you need to learn a given subject
I always pull alnighters before the day of my tests and I always get A’s. And before when I didnt do it i would always get B’s. SLEEP for me= NO
its really no secret. your brain cant adapt to new things just as fast as your muscles getting stronger noticeably. only over a period of days or weeks of studying or understanding a concept will your brain know and apply with ease. im sure youve felt the difference.
